Rickenbacker 4005 bass One spring day in 1985 Stephen Arthur and Jane Harrison walked into Southpaw Music in Houston while owner Jimmy Duncan was on the phone ordering a new consignment of Rickenbacker instruments. Spotting Stephen and Jane, Jimmy added a right-handed 4005 bass to his order, knowing that they had been wanting one. The bass that was delivered was the very last new 4005 model turned out by Rickenbacker. Here is Jane, posing with the bass atop her Vox Essex bass amplifier.
